1.1. Use of the Service implies the User's unconditional agreement with this Agreement.

1.2. The Administration provides access to software...

1.3. The software is provided "as is" without any warranties...

2. Types of Licenses

2.1. Subscription - provides access to the software...

2.2. Lifetime license - provides perpetual access to the software until:

• Cessation of the Service as a whole;
• Termination of development and support;
• Force majeure circumstances...

2.3. A Lifetime license is not a lifetime guarantee...

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User has the right to:

• Access the software under license terms;
• Contact support for issues (if available).

3.2. The User undertakes to:

• Not distribute, copy or resell without permission;
• Not use the software for illegal purposes.

3.3. The Administration has the right to:

• Change content, terms, or price of products;
• Discontinue support due to expiration or abuse.

4. Refunds

4.1. All payments are final. Refunds only for technical issues...

4.2. No refunds for Lifetime licenses if the product was working at purchase.

5. Privacy

5.1. All personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

5.2. We do not share data without consent except by law.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement may be amended at any time without notice.

6.2. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.

6.3. Governing law is based on the project owner's jurisdiction.
